We’re urgently seeking exceptional ICU Registered Nurses to join a private, high-acuity case in Califon, NJ. This is a rare, fast-moving opportunity to deliver hospital-level critical care in a one-on-one home setting — at a premium rate of $90/hour.

About the Role

Provide direct, intensive critical care for a ventilator- and G-tube–dependent client in a private home.

  • Manage and monitor complex cardiac, neuro, trauma, MICU, or CVICU needs.

  • Collaborate with a private care management team to uphold hospital-level standards in a home environment.

  • Apply your ICU expertise where precision, vigilance, and autonomy are essential.

Requirements

  • Active NJ RN license (required)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience – MICU, CVICU, CCU, Neuro, or Trauma required

  • BLS & ACLS (required) | CCRN, TNCC, or NIHSS strongly preferred

  • Proven critical-thinking and ventilator management skills

Compensation & Schedule

  • $90/hour premium pay

  • Immediate start – urgent need

  • Wednesdays & Saturdays PM

Frequently stoop and bend. Frequently reach above should level. Must be able to perceive attributes of an object through touch. Must be able to hear as it relates to normal conversation and high and low frequencies. Must be able to see as it relates to general, near, far, color and peripheral vision.
