Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications via oral, injection, and other approved methods.

  • Conduct physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screenings.

  • Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately.

  • Perform MAR reviews, medication counts, and manage house stock and refills.

  • Communicate with clients regarding medication needs and coordinate refill requests.

  • Prepare clients for appointments by verifying medical history and collecting vitals.

  • Maintain timely documentation of nursing interventions and client safety plans.

  • Support lab and phlebotomy duties as needed.

  • Serve as a resource for infection control, hygiene, and general health concerns.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
