Position Type: Full-Time, Saturday & Sunday 6:30a-10:30p,

Work 32-hours get paid for 40-hours!

Job Summary:

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Baylor CNA to join our team! As a Weekend Baylor CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care on our weekend shift. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with feeding, ambulating, and transferring residents as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including infection control and proper disposal of waste

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nebraska
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
