Position Details

  • Available Role: Part-Time Night Shift 12-24 hrs/week; (1-2 shifts) 7pm-7am

  • Flexibility: Additional hours available depending on schedule needs

  • Pay: $32/hour

  • Opportunities: Eligible for more cases with our home health & private duty network

What You’ll Do

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care under RN supervision

  • Administer medications, perform wound care as needed, treatments, and basic procedures

  • Monitor and document client conditions accurately and promptly

  • Follow physician orders and report updates to the Clinical Manager

  • Assist with daily living activities — hygiene, comfort, companionship

  • Educate clients and families on care needs and home management

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compassion at all times

Who You Are

  • A dedicated, reliable Florida-licensed LPN

  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable nursing experience (facility or home care)

  • Skilled in managing care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, or developmentally disabled clients

  • Confident working independently yet collaborative within a multidisciplinary team

  • Dependable, organized, and patient-centered

  • Proficient with basic computer documentation and EMR systems

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Florida LPN license

  • Current BLS certification

  • Recent physical/statement of health (within 12 months)

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and social security card

  • Smart device access for EMR documentation
