Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a dedicated, patient, and dependable caregiver to support a Veteran who requires hands-on assistance with daily care and mobility.

This is a meaningful, high-impact role providing both physical support and dignified care to someone who served our country.

About the Role

• Hands-on assistance with walking and transfers
• Support with transferring in and out of bed to wheelchair (client can take steps during transfer)
• Full assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Incontinence care
• Monitoring safety, comfort, and dignity
• Encouragement and companionship

Client Considerations

• Client is fully incontinent
• Client has significant fluid retention in both legs, making limb support heavier
• Must be comfortable assisting with mobility and safe body mechanics
• Pets in home (must be comfortable around cats and dogs)

• Experience with mobility assistance & safe transfers
• Patience, compassion, and physical readiness to assist with heavier limb support
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to pass background check
• CNA or senior care experience preferred
