Caregiver Med Tech - $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

 

Zelienople, PA - Part-time, Daylight shift; 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

 

Caregiver Med Tech Pay Rate starting at $18.00 per hour.

The Caregiver-Med Tech helps to enhance the resident’s lifestyle by overseeing and assisting residents with their care on a daily basis. Focusing on promoting independence when able, the Caregiver-Med Tech provides all levels of care needed to promote overall wellbeing of the resident. The Caregiver-Med Tech is responsible to the Health Care Coordinator/Case Manager or his/her designee.


Qualifications

Caregiver Med-Tech qualifications include

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • CPR/First Aid or successful completion after hire. Successful completion of state medication approved administration course and direct care programs.

Responsible for assisting participants with all aspects of personal care activities and implementing strategies for promoting increased levels of self-care when possible. Responsible to reinforce and comply with all rehab initiatives and clinical modalities. Qualifications Qualifications for Caregiver position include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 1 year of geriatric related experience. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license in order to visit clients in their homes and other sites.
