What You’ll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
  • Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
  • Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist with all aspects of resident care, including, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.

What You’ll Need as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification (Required)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
