Position Summary: 

The Clinical Shift Lead assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Nursing Degree    

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri 

Experience: Charge Nurse Experience
