A part of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, Texas Health Prosper provides outpatient and emergency care close to home for the growing communities of Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, Pilot Point, Celina and surrounding areas.
Serving You 24/7
Texas Health Prosper provides convenient treatment for a multitude of medical conditions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The emergency department has the same physicians on the medical staff as Texas Health Plano and can be your first stop in an emergency. When you or a loved one requires admission or surgery, they are transferred seamlessly to the appropriate hospital by air or ground ambulance.
More Than an Emergency Department
Texas Health Prosper features outpatient services including a lab, physical, sports and hand therapy; and advanced imaging including MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, CT, diagnostic, screening and 3D mammography, breast ultrasound and bone densitometry.
In addition, Texas Health Prosper features a 17,400-square-foot, two-story medical office building with medical staff primary care physician and specialist offices.

Emergency Department Highlights
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Work/Life balance as well as opportunities for educational and professional growth opportunities
- The potential for high job satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment from making a difference in patients’ lives
- Nursing diploma in nursing required or
- Associate’s degree in nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse required
- 2 years of Emergency Department experience highly preferred
- RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required and
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required and
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days required and
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days and maintained annually required and
- TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course required within 6 months required
