Evidence based, patient centered, CRNA practice at a Critical Access Hospital. 20-minute response time for all emergency and OB cases. Experience preferred and ability to work autonomously required. 4 Weeks of vacation + 10 weeks of post call time off!

PeaceHealth Peace Harbor requires all CRNA’s to have and maintain current national certification by the AANA, as well as current nursing license in the state of Oregon.

Each CRNA is an active member of the Medical Staff and a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). Experience commensurate with an independent practice environment is preferred.
