Rounding on patients on the ward and ICU, OR first assist, seeing your patients in the clinic, consults, admissions and discharges. Working with 2 trauma surgeons during the day, along with a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to coordinate and share the workload. Procedures include: Chest tube placement, a-line and central line insertion, I & Ds, skin biopsies, laceration closures, and wound debridement.
