  • Board Certified NP or PA
  • Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
  • BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
  • Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus
