Regional West Physicians Clinic has over 32 specialty clinics to assist in the needs of the communities we call home. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as a RN in Oncology.

To serve this mission, you will work to improve patient outcomes and help the practice move from a reactive to proactive approach to healthcare. The nurse will utilize the nursing process and critical thinking skills to provide triage service to ensure prompt identification of patients with high-risk conditions.   

As a RN, you will:

  • Appropriately plan, organize and coordinate daily clinic or care center operations
  • Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and clinic effectiveness
  • Provide services in a compassionate and safe manner while following patient policies and procedures

You may be a good fit if you are:

  • Registered Nurse with BSN preferred
  • Registered Nurse within the state of Nebraska without restrictions
  • Current BLS
  • Four years of nursing/health experience

About the Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) at Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. This position is responsible for assessing patient health status, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN will ensure patient safety and comfort while providing education and support to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. This role demands a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Ultimately, the RN contributes significantly to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience at RWPC. Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska. Graduation from an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
