Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations on your assigned unit

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality and consistency of care

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor documentation and care plans for compliance

  • Participate in performance improvement and staff education initiatives

  • Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for your team

Qualifications:

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire

  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
