Position Summary:

As a Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation STNA (STATE TESTED NURSING ASSISTANTS), you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. Essential Functions of State Tested Nursing Assistants:

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

· Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.

· Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.

· Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
