Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and facility standards. Organize and facilitate staff in-service education and training. Maintain nursing staff credentials, licenses, and certifications in compliance with regulations. Lead care plan meetings and quality management initiatives. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical excellence and resident satisfaction. Assist the Director of Nursing with department operations and performance improvement activities. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Ohio. Minimum of 3 years of nursing management experience , preferably in a long-term care environment. Thorough knowledge of MDS and care planning processes. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for mentoring and professional development.
