Your Role as an RN:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice
  • Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes appropriately
  • Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Mentor, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs
  • Help create a positive, patient-centered environment where residents feel cared for and respected

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
