Your Role as an RN:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice
Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes appropriately
Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Mentor, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs
Help create a positive, patient-centered environment where residents feel cared for and respected

Who We’re Looking For:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care
