Registered Nurse - Dialysis | Full-Time | Agawam, MA 01001

Pay Range: $39.83-$51.00/hour (based on experience)

Hours: Full-Time (30-39 hours per week)

Clinic Operating Schedule:

Monday / Wednesday / Friday – 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (three shifts per day)
Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday – 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (two shifts per day)

No Sundays. Predictable, clinic-based schedule.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients living with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You’ll build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to consistent, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards
Assess, monitor, and document patient status
Administer medications and respond to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care
Partner with the care team to individualize treatment plans

Qualifications

RN license in Massachusetts
ADN required; BSN preferred
Current BLS/CPR
Dialysis experience strongly preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg backgrounds also valued
