Job Summary: The Caregiver Management Director is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing caregiver operations across multiple markets. Operational Leadership Direct daily operations of caregiver management across multiple markets, ensuring standard procedures for caregiver engagement, compliance, scheduling, and roster management. Leadership experience of at least seven (5) years is strongly preferred. Experience in homecare, healthcare or healthcare services preferred. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of caregiver needs, challenges, and best practices in employee engagement. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proven experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.
