Be well versed in the Employee Handbook and be able to refer to it. Refer any urgent client or staff issues to responsible manager for follow-up. Part of on-call rotation. Manage overtime. Assist Administrator of Care with caregiver/client schedules on the weekends and any other hours assigned for all HMC clients utilizing WellSky, to keep the schedule updated. Update caregiver schedules on WellSky in real time. Update client tasks in WellSky as needed or instructed by team members Be available to fill a caregiver shift in the event of a no-show or call-off and a replacement is not available. Ensure caregivers have sufficient PPE supply. Responsible for Daily Care Notes – review shifts in WellSky to ensure caregivers are documenting appropriately and the team is aware of any care concerns that may be documented. Responsible for paperwork, as assigned. Responsible for participation in weekly calls as assigned. Manager Lyft/Uber orders and billing to clients or caregivers as appropriate.
