What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
Experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
