Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.
Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
