Are you a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant who loves teaching and supporting others? Seven Hills Pediatric Center is seeking experienced and enthusiastic C.N.A. Preceptors to mentor new team members and lead by example in delivering exceptional resident care.

Pay: Min. $27.00/Hr. Max. $28.75/Hr.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, person-centered care to residents.
Create a therapeutic environment while promoting social skills and community engagement.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
Maintain high standards of care, service excellence, and ethical practice.
Guide new employees through orientation, using the checklist to teach care routines, documentation, and communication.
Mentor staff in providing high-quality care and maintaining organizational standards.
Actively participate in preceptor meetings and a subcommittee, such as Staff Activities or Performance Improvement.
Oversee tasks like the Resident Inventory Program and documentation reviews.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
license requirement: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Standard driver’s license – class C or class D Professional
Experience: at least one-year working full-time at Seven Hills at Groton.
Skills:
- Active C.N.A. certification
- A passion for teaching, leadership, and delivering outstanding care.
- Reliability, strong organizational skills, and commitment to policies and excellence.
- Physical readiness to meet the demands of the role.
