What You’ll Do and Who We Are:

We are an in-home care agency that provides compassionate care to seniors and adults with disabilities. We serve the Camarillo, Moorpark, and Simi Valley communities.

Looking for Personal Caregivers (Companions, Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants) to fill hourly openings. The ideal candidate is reliable, caring, compassionate and sincerely interested in improving the lives of those we serve. Individuals should have experience as a caregiver, strong communication skills, problem solving ability and organizational skills.

Caregiver duties include:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Companionship Care
Fall Prevention
Medication Reminders
Driving
Errands
Light Housekeeping
Toileting

Must Haves:

High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
Employees must be an American citizen or have a valid work visa.
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
Home Care Aide registration is preferred.
Certification in First Aid/CPR is desirable.
Read, write, speak, and understand English with or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.
Homemaker Companion must be able to lift at least 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation.
