Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Caregiver to work in Wayne, PA.

Schedule:

·         Work 1p-7p three days a week.  Either:    

     ·Tues, Thurs, Sat

     ·Tues, Thurs, Sun

     ·Mon, Thurs, Sat

     ·Tues, Fri, Sun

What You Will Do:

·         Provide personal care to clients and assist them in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, light housekeeping, etc.

·         Genuinely connect with clients and their families

 

We Offer:

·         Competitive wages - $19 - $20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·         Mileage compensation (currently 70 cents per mile) between cases

·         Paid Time Off

·         Holiday incentive pay

·         Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
