Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. For Hospice- prior Hospice and/or oncology experience; Hospice and Palliative Care Certification License, Certification & Clearances Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required.
