We offer flexible hours. Whether you want to work 8 hours a week or 35+, we are here to support your work-life balance by giving you an opportunity to help other seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies.

Companionship, Shopping/errands, Cooking a meal, Pet care, Minor housekeeping, Transportation, Activities and More. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement. We offer:

Starting wage of $16 per hour
Paid training for newly hired employees - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Flexible schedules from 8 hours up to 35+ hours per week

Minimum requirements:

Older adult with 40+ years of life experience
Driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)
Cell phone
Personal email account and ability to send/receive emails
Conversational English fluency
Weekend availability a plus (in addition to weekdays)
