Job Description:


Registered NurseWithin the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient.

This is a Mon-Thursday Day Time Role Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes as assigned and according to the hospital and nursing standards Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed May also serve as Case Manager to a group of patients as assigned.
