Caregiver Needed for Client with Parkinson’s (Century City, CA) — Males Preferred

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced male caregiver to support a 72-year-old male client in Century City. The client is 6'2", alert, and living with Parkinson’s disease. He requires assistance with personal care and safe transfers due to mobility challenges.

Position Details:

  • Location: Century City, CA

  • Schedule: Monday-Sunday 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

  • Client Profile:

    • 72-year-old male, 6'2", alert and communicative

    • Diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease

    • Requires assistance with mobility and transfers

    • Needs help with daily personal care and hygiene


Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)

  • Assist with safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, etc.)

  • Support with mobility and fall prevention

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping (if applicable)

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor client’s condition and report any changes

  • Assist with medication reminders (if needed)

Requirements:

  • Male caregiver (per client’s preference)

  • HCA Registration

  • A negative TB Test

  • Experience with Parkinson’s care preferred

  • Confident assisting with mobility and safe transfers, especially for taller individuals

  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate

  • Strong communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license (if transportation is required)

  • Must pass background check and provide references
