Responsibilities

As the LVN Quality Coordinator at Burnett Extended Care Center, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping a groundbreaking care experience within our newest 154-bed transitional care facility. Scheduled to open this summer on the Community Regional campus, Burnett is designed to deliver innovative, patient-centered care across multiple specialized units — including memory care and transitional care.  The LVN Quality Coordinator for Skilled Nursing provides in-depth clinical analysis on confidential patient safety, peer, quality and risk issues. Facilitates and coordinates performance improvement projects and data tracking from a facility-specific or system perspective. Located adjacent to the region's only Level I Trauma Center, you'll be integral to maintaining the continuity of care across the entire health system — helping patients safely transition from hospital to extended care. Qualifications
