Starting Pay - $108.07 to $122.27 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
  • Graduate from an approved school of nurse anesthesia
  • Certified by National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • Current Minnesota State Nursing License
  • Current Minnesota State Advanced Practice Nursing License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred (PRN CRNAs exempt from NRP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers anesthetics for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
  • Maintains the patient in the desired anesthetic state by adjusting anesthetic as necessary
  • Records the patient’s vital signs and watches for significant changes
  • Administers CPR and airway maintenance in areas other than the OR
  • Maintains a safe physical environment for patients and employees
  • Other duties as assigned.
