JOB SUMMARY

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. As a Home Matters caregiver, you’ll provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care to our clients. Responsibilities range from light housekeeping and meal preparation to hygiene assistance and mobility support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff

REQUIREMENTS

1 or more years of formal caregiving experience in senior care
Reliable transportation
Familiarity with basic first aid procedures
Valid driver’s license
Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
