Your Role: A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver or CNA, you are the heart of our community and a trusted support to our residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Support individualized plans of care with compassion and professionalism

  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

  • Document care and services provided

  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, respectful environment

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
