Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and LVN's to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, oversee CNAs and LVNs, and ensure each resident receives the highest standard of medical and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition

  • Supervise and guide CNAs and LVNs to deliver quality care

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

  • Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
