Blue Palms Health & Rehabilitation Center of DeLand is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our healthcare team. As of today, we are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time C.N.A's and we are also paid weekly!

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate nutrition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by following infection control protocols.
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
