Blue Palms Health & Rehabilitation Center of DeLand is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our healthcare team. As of today, we are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time C.N.A's and we are also paid weekly!

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

  • Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate nutrition.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by following infection control protocols.

  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

  • Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably.

  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
