Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

You will assess, plans develops, implements and evaluates care of a specific patient population
You will develop Plans of Care with realistic goals
You will perform procedure basic to the general well being of the patient
You will assume responsibility for own communications and communicates through appropriate channels
You will teach patients and/or significant other about disease healing process and treatment plan

What qualifications you will need:

Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse or proof of application for licensure.
Graduation from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
BLS certified
ACLS certified (must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment).
NRP certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
STABLE certification required as a onetime certification. A new hire who has not obtained it before will have 6 months to complete.
12 months acute inpatient experience in Mother Baby required
