Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus

- Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

- CNA license, Home Health Aide and/or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
