Bay Area Direct Client Care has a 2 LPN contracted positions at $38/hr. The first contract is 5am-5pm for dates 12/21, 12/22, 12/23, 12/27,12/28. The second contract is 5pm-5am Dec 16-Jan 2 days of the week are Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat weekly pay dates . This is 1 medically complex male in the family home with a tracheostomy, ventilator, wound vac and feeding tubes Will train (training rates apply at $25/hr). NO SLEEPING IS PERMITTED

Requirements:

1 year LPN experience

Current BLS

Current Florida License

Reliable transportation

Pass Local and Level 2 screen
