Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include:

· Provide Companionship

· Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…

· Shopping and Errands

· Meal Preparation

· Medication Reminders

· Pet Care

· Light Yard Work

· Light Handyman Services

· Overnight Supervision

· Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant

 

 

 

Personal Care Duties may include:

· Assist with Dressing

· Assist with Feeding

· Assist with Showering / Bathing

· Mobility Assistance

· Assist with Toileting / Incontinence

· Memory Care

 

Other Responsibilities:

· Arrive on Time for all Services

· Maintain documentation of all services provided

· Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff

· Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff

· Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible

· Clock in and out using our care management system
