Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
  • Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
  • Provide support and guidance to residents and families
  • Document care activities accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license. 
  • Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
