What You’ll Do

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate in-home care and support that helps clients live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities

  • Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, changing linens, etc.)

  • Prepare meals and snacks as directed

  • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Support prescribed range-of-motion exercises

  • Provide dementia care and companionship

  • Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments

  • Engage clients in meaningful activities like reading, puzzles, and music

What You’ll Need

  • 1 year of caregiving experience OR current CNA/STNA license

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
