Identify urgent or emergent reactions during infusion, initiate appropriate interventions, and coordinate emergency transfers when necessary. Serve as a clinical leader within the infusion center team; provide guidance to infusion nurses and support staff on patient care and clinical protocols. Support patient education, counseling, and safe transition of care across healthcare settings. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and operational planning efforts across the infusion center.
