Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

  • Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
