Requirements of RNAC:

Responsible for completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy and procedures. Acts as in-house case manager by considering all aspects of the resident's care and coordinating services with physicians, families, third party payers and facility staff.

Qualifications

Current IV certification preferred
Registered Nurse with current active Pennsylvania license
Minimum three to five years (3-5) years of clinical experience in Nursing Home
Prior experience as an RNAC/MDS coordinator

Professional responsibilities are carried out through direct patient care, clinical consultation, education, research, and administration.
