Summary

The Registered Nurse II serves as a key member of the Baylor Medicine Concierge and Executive Health programs. Job Duties

Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver care aligned with the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Coordinate cares and clinic operations, including scheduling and supporting physicians during exams and procedures.
Administers medications, treatments, and carry out physician orders.
Prepares patients for tests and procedures; provide education to patients and families.
Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record {EMR).
Offers triage and determines appropriate levels of care.
Provides white-glove service to concierge and executive health patients.
Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Serve as a clinical liaison for special populations, navigating unique needs and expectations of VIP clientele.
Participates in process improvement efforts to elevate concierge program operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Two years of relevant experience as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Texas Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
