Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits for adult and/or adolescent patients.• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines.• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and medication management.• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).• Support crisis intervention, stabilization, and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications
