DESCRIPTION

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with patient’s laundry as needed

· Providing medication reminders

· Meeting safety needs of patients

· Reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to their supervisor

· Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary

· Performing range of motion and other simple exercises

· Maintaining documentation and care procedures

· Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols

· Bathing assistance as needed

· Light housekeeping as needed

· Companion services

Requirements:

· 18 years of age (or older)

· Valid Driver’s License
