Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Care Professional to join our team in Carrol. As a Care Professional, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring the client's safety.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Administer medication reminders as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
  • Follow care plans and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
  • Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Shifts: Wed. 7:30am-5pm Sun: 3pm-10pm
