About the Position:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers.

  • Monitor and record vital signs and health status.

  • Assist with medication reminders.

  • Document care provided in accordance with agency policies.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members


Qualifications:

  • Current and valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania.

  • CPR certification.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous home health experience preferred but not required
