Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents' health conditions and document findings in compliance with facility policies.
Provide compassionate care and address the medical needs of residents promptly.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

The NICU RN is responsible for monitoring vitals, managing central venous and arterial lines, chest tubes, enteral and oral feedings and performing other patient care needs. Our NICU runs four types of ventilators; HFOV, HFJV, Servo and conventional that the RN manages jointly with the respiratory therapist.
